My Approach

I offer a talking therapy that would be unique to you. I am trained as an ‘Integrative Relational Psychotherapist.’ The success of therapy is based quality of the therapeutic relationship between us, therefore I am not working to judge or analyse you.

I am listening, understanding, and accepting of your experience offering a safe place to be yourself.

I have training in other therapeutic models that I may integrate into our work. Therapy such as CBT, focussing on helpful strategies. Psychodynamic; looking at the past and unconscious behaviour or Gestalt; suggesting more creative ways to communicate and release difficult emotions or experiences in the moment.

The aim is unique to you, providing movement and connection to yourself and others in your life again.
